Seminariet hålls på engelska av gästforskaren Dr. Wojciech Piotrowicz, medlem av the Faculty of Management at Said Business School och the Oxford Institute of Retail Management (OXIRM).

Dr. Piotrowicz has conducted unique research of Omni Channel best practices. Omni-channel is here understood as the use of multiple retailing channels in a well-synchronized manner, to deliver a deliberate and consistent customer experience. This research and its findings will be presented for the very first time at GBC Research Seminar, and anticipates a forthcoming book publication.

Dr. Piortrowicz is an expert of digital technology use in the context of retail business, including logistics and supply chains, e-commerce and omni-channel management, and their performance measurement and evaluation.
